Processing and Awakening
Due to the meticulous nature of our artisanal work, every order is handled with the silence and focus a relic deserves. Once a Fragment completes their acquisition, the Administration prepares and dispatches the package within twenty-four to forty-eight business hours. During high-demand cycles or the release of new enigmas, this awakening may take up to three to five business days to ensure the quality of the unique product is never compromised.

We offer a fixed international shipping rate of €15.00 for our tracked deliveries. All final costs and methods are calculated automatically at the checkout stage, ensuring transparency before you cross the threshold of payment.

Crossing the Borders (International Shipping)
The reach of Il Ghigno knows no bounds; we ship to every corner of the globe. However, Fragments residing outside the European Union must be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These costs are not included in our voyage fees and must be settled upon arrival to release the artifact.

You will never walk in the dark. As soon as your package leaves our stronghold, the Guardian will send a digital missive to your email address containing a unique tracking code. This allows you to follow the journey of your Fragment in real-time until it reaches your hands.
