Access to "Il Ghigno" and presence within the Den are subject to the unconditional acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. Any violation will result in immediate expulsion, without notice or right of appeal.

A. Age Requirement and Individual Responsibility
As established in the founding rules, access is strictly restricted to users who have reached their eighteenth year of age. By logging in, the user legally declares and guarantees their majority age. The Administration is relieved of any civil or criminal liability arising from false statements provided by the user during registration or participation.

B. Respect among Fragments (Zero Tolerance for Hate)
The Den is a place of shadows, but not of anarchy. It is strictly forbidden to publish content, messages, or media that incite hate, discrimination (racial, sexual, religious), violence, or that are defamatory, threatening, or harmful to the dignity of others. Bullying and internal feuds are not tolerated.

C. The Omertà of the Den (Privacy and Doxing)
What is shared in the Den, stays in the Den. It is strictly forbidden to spread, copy, screenshot, or disclose externally personal information, photographs, conversations, or sensitive data of other members (the practice of doxing). The violation of others' privacy will result in a permanent ban and possible reporting to competent authorities.

D. Prohibition of Solicitation and Spam
The Den is not a marketplace. It is forbidden to use this platform for unauthorized commercial purposes, sending spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or promoting external links not relevant to the community's purposes.

E. Illicit Material and Copyright
It is forbidden to upload, share, or promote copyrighted material without authorization, or content that violates current laws (including, but not limited to, illegal pornographic material, piracy, or incitement to commit crimes).

F. The Judgment of the Guardian (Right of Moderation)
The Administration (The Guardian) reserves the unquestionable and exclusive right to moderate, modify, or remove any content deemed inappropriate or contrary to these guidelines. The Guardian holds the final authority to suspend or revoke the access of any user to the Den, at any time and at its sole discretion, to preserve the integrity of the pack.

G. Intellectual Property and Interactive System (The Seal of Il Ghigno)
The "Il Ghigno" brand, logos, texts, graphics, videos (including the Guardian's audiovisual material), and the entire visual identity of the Den are exclusive property and material protected by copyright laws. Added to this protection is the absolute safeguard over the brand's proprietary interactive ecosystem: the specific integration between physical garments and digital access. The game mechanics, the structure of the tasks, the division and assembly of the riddles, as well as the barcode/QR scanning system for automatic access to dedicated digital rooms, constitute an intellectual work and an exclusive interaction architecture of "Il Ghigno". It is strictly forbidden to copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, clone, or exploit in any way this format or the works associated with this brand without explicit written authorization. Every attempt at plagiarism, theft, or misappropriation of the physical-digital experience will be relentlessly prosecuted civilly and criminally in all competent legal venues.

H. Limitations of Liability and Modifications (The Shield of the Guardian)
The Administration watches over the pack, but the user agrees to cross this threshold at their own risk. The Guardian declines all responsibility for direct or indirect damages resulting from web service interruptions or from users' personal actions outside the platform's control. Furthermore, the Administration reserves the unquestionable right to modify, update, or harden these Terms at any time. Remaining within the Den constitutes tacit and unconditional acceptance of the Pact in all its updated forms.
