Anyone wishing to cross the threshold of the Den not as a mere user, but as an affiliate and operative member ("Work with Us"), is subject to a binding commercial obligation. The collaboration is strictly reserved for freelancers equipped with a valid and active VAT number. The Administration (The Guardian) equips its affiliates with the necessary technological and productive instrumentation (including, but not limited to, printing machinery, embroidery machines, and digital devices) through an equipment loan formula. Such assignment is bound and subordinated to the advance payment of a security deposit equal to the exact market value of the supplied machinery.

Upon the rescission or interruption of the Pact of Affiliation, the affiliate is exempted from the obligation of physical restitution of the machinery; in such case, the Guardian will definitively retain the entire deposit paid as a buyout of the assets. However, the physical possession of the instrumentation does not confer any right over the use of the acquired know-how. The former affiliate is bound by a strict Non-Compete Pact: it is strictly forbidden to undertake private paths or start independent activities that replicate the business model, the customization processes, the physical/digital ecosystem, or the trade secrets of "Il Ghigno". Should the former affiliate operate outside the network in violation of this constraint, The Guardian will act relentlessly in the competent legal venues for the immediate injunction of the competing activity and for the exaction of a severe contractual compensation penalty.
